Registration

Regular registration will be accepted until Friday, May 23^rd. Registrations received after that date will be charged an extra $100.

There are a variety of registration options available depending upon your schedule during the summer. You can preview the registration form, pricing, conference schedule, and workshop descriptions before completing the form.

Ideas Unlimited

Interested in participating in the 2025 PAAE Ideas Unlimited Contest? Please complete this form by June 20th. This award is designed to highlight an innovative idea relating to teaching, FFA, SAE, community involvement, or other ideas related to the responsibilities of an agriculture teacher. 

NOTE: To submit for an Ideas Unlimited presentation, this idea does not have to be completely original. It can be a lesson, activity, or resource you have modified and adapted in an innovative way. 

The winner of this year's contest will be acknowledged as the 2026 PAAE representative to NAAE and will submit for NAAE recognition in the year 2026. For more details about the competition at the NAAE level, visit this site here. 

Donate an item for the first year teacher buckets at the PAAE Summer Conference! We are making 17 buckets this year to award our first year teachers and educators newly entering the profession. To participate, please bring 17 of an item to the conference and place them in the buckets any time prior to the awards banquet.

Scholarship Auction

Now is the time to start planning for the auction to benefit the PAAE Scholarship Fund that will take place at the annual Awards Banquet! Collaborate with other teachers in your area or consider donating a basket featuring local products from your FFA chapter.
